Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to create, upload, generate, store, or distribute content or to engage in conduct that:

• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Abuses payments or the affiliate program (e.g., fraud, self-referrals, chargeback abuse).
• Constitutes spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or promotes hate or discrimination.
• Impersonates any person or entity, including using a real person’s likeness without rights.
• Imitates celebrities or public figures without authorization.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights.
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way (strictly prohibited and reported as required).
• Depicts or promotes violence, extremism, or terrorism.
• Provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or other dangerous activities.
• Distributes malware or attempts to compromise the Service or others’ systems.
• Scrapes, harvests, or uses automated means to abuse the Service.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, credits, quotas, or security controls.
• Abuses AI generation, including mass generation intended to incur excessive cost.
• Spreads deceptive political, election, or public-interest disinformation.
• Collects personal data without authorization or in violation of law.
• Evades the rules of social or distribution platforms.

AI generation responsibility

AI features must not be used to produce impersonations, deceptive deepfakes, infringing characters, or prohibited content. You are responsible for your prompts, selections, and outputs.

Enforcement actions

We may remove or hide content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse affiliate commissions, and record security events. Severe or illegal activity may be reported to authorities. We may act with or without prior notice depending on severity.
