This policy explains how DuoReels prevents and responds to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and disputes, and how these affect account access and affiliate commissions.
1. Fraud prevention
We operate automated and manual controls — including rate limiting, security-event logging, and fraud flags — to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
2. Suspicious activity review
Activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or automated may be flagged, throttled, or reviewed by administrators.
3. Payment fraud
Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods is prohibited and may result in immediate, permanent account termination and reporting where appropriate.
4. Affiliate fraud
Self-referrals, fake signups, cookie stuffing, and similar abuse are prohibited and may result in withheld or reversed commissions and removal from the program. See the Affiliate Terms.
5. Account abuse
Creating duplicate accounts to evade limits, bans, or pricing, or attempting to bypass rate limits, credits, or security controls, is prohibited.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly. Many disputes result from misunderstandings we can fix quickly.
7. Access during a dispute
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of your account and access to paid features while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Access after a chargeback
Confirmed fraudulent purchases may result in permanent account disablement and revocation of access to associated content and assets.
9. Refund and commission reversal
Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes may reverse related affiliate commissions, including approved commissions.
10. Paid commission clawback review
When a refund or chargeback affects an already-paid commission, the matter is flagged for admin review and we may seek clawback or offset future payouts.
11. Duplicate accounts and limit evasion
We may merge, restrict, or disable duplicate accounts and reverse benefits obtained by evading limits.
12. Security event logging
Relevant fraud and abuse signals are recorded as security events and may inform enforcement and admin action.
13. Admin review and final decision
Fraud and dispute determinations are subject to admin review, and our decisions are final, subject to your non-waivable legal rights.
