AI Generated Asset Policy

1. AI-generated character assets

Character and duo assets are produced using AI image generation based on the character type, appearance, and other specifications you select, plus our generation system, templates, and prompts.

2. Variability — no consistency guarantee

AI output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee perfect consistency across generations, exact reproduction of a requested look, or that any two outputs will match.

3. No exact likeness guarantee

Generated characters are stylized and may not match any specific appearance you have in mind.

4. No real-person, celebrity, or franchise copying

You may not use the feature to copy real people, celebrities, public figures, or copyrighted/trademarked characters, or to create deceptive impersonations.

5. User responsibility for inputs

You are responsible for the prompts, specifications, notes, and selections you provide and for ensuring they comply with our policies and the law.

6. Output review responsibility

You must review generated assets and produced reels before publishing or distributing them.

7. Shared / reusable asset behavior

Reuse is a core concept. Generated character/duo combinations may be reused across reels, and identical or substantially similar requested combinations may resolve to cached/reused assets to control cost and improve consistency. Where assets are shared (platform-reusable), they may be reused by the platform and other users in accordance with the applicable settings.

8. Private assets

Where private (account-scoped) assets are supported, "private" means limited to your account in accordance with platform rules. Private assets remain subject to moderation, security, and legal-retention processes.

9. Rejected generations and moderation

Generation requests that violate our policies may be rejected, hidden, flagged, or removed. Shared assets may be moderated by administrators.

10. Regeneration and failure handling

Generations may fail or require regeneration. Our reuse and retry mechanisms are designed to avoid re-billing for assets that already generated successfully.

11. AI provider processing

Your prompts/specifications and, where relevant, reference assets are processed by third-party AI/image-generation providers acting on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy.

12. Ownership and license

Subject to your compliance with these policies, you receive a license to use generated assets and exported reels for lawful reel creation and distribution.

Venalytics Inc. retains all rights in the DuoReels platform, generation system, templates, prompts, model integrations, metadata, and infrastructure. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying technology, and shared reusable assets may be used and reused by the platform and other users in accordance with their settings.

13. No performance guarantee

Generated assets do not guarantee any social media performance, monetization, or platform approval.

14. Enforcement

Misuse of AI generation may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination, and may be recorded as a security or moderation event.
