3. Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe content on DuoReels infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@duoreels.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Our response

We may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and will take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material where appropriate under applicable law.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

7. Trademark complaints

Trademark concerns (for example, misuse of a logo or brand) can be submitted to the same contact with details identifying the mark and the allegedly infringing material.
