This policy governs files you upload to DuoReels, including logos, CSV content files, brand assets, and any future custom character/reference images.
1. You must own or have rights
You may only upload content you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, including logos, images, and text.
2. No infringing uploads
Do not upload logos, images, characters, or content that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights, or that you are not authorized to use.
3. No malicious files
Do not upload malware, scripts, executables, or files designed to harm the Service or other users. Uploads are validated and may be rejected.
4. File type and size restrictions
Uploads must meet our file-type and size requirements. We validate file type using content/magic-byte checks, not just the file name.
5. Logo upload limits
CTA logo uploads are limited to PNG, JPG/JPEG, or WEBP formats and a maximum of 1 MB. SVG is not accepted because it is not safely sanitized. Oversized or unsupported files are rejected, and rejections may be logged as security events.
6. Processing license
You grant us a license to host, store, process, and display your uploads to operate the Service (for example, rendering your logo into reels). See the Terms of Service.
7. Storage and deletion
Uploads are stored in file storage with safe, system-generated keys (we do not trust user-provided file names) and owner metadata — not as raw blobs in a way that exposes them publicly. You may remove uploads through the relevant feature; copies may persist briefly in backups.
8. Responsibility for published use
You are responsible for any uploaded asset you include in published reels, including ensuring you have the rights to use it in that context.
9. Trademark responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring uploaded logos and brand assets do not misuse third-party trademarks.
10. Moderation and removal
We may review, restrict, hide, or remove uploads that violate our policies, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.
11. Security scanning and validation
Uploads are subject to validation and security checks. We may reject files that fail validation or appear unsafe.
12. No unnecessary sensitive information
Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your legitimate use of the Service.
13. Copyright takedowns
Copyright concerns about uploaded or generated material are handled under the DMCA / Copyright Policy.
