This policy explains DuoReels plans, billing, limits, and credits. Current plan details are shown on the pricing page and in your account.
1. Plans
The Service is offered on plan tiers — currently Starter, Creator, and Enterprise — each with different features and limits. Current pricing and inclusions are shown on the pricing page.
2. Billing cycles
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly) cycle through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Plan limits
Each plan includes limits such as the number of projects, character duos, and reels per month, and access to features like Generate Duo, the layout configurator, branding, and team members.
4. Project, duo, and reel limits
Limits protect platform capacity and are enforced server-side. Reaching a limit may require an upgrade to continue.
5. AI generation credits
Where AI content generation is included, it may be metered by credits or quotas. Credits are consumed when generation is performed.
6. Usage reset periods
Periodic allowances (such as monthly reels or AI credits) reset on your billing cycle or on a defined period, as indicated in your account.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, your plan may move to a past-due state and access to paid features may be limited until payment succeeds. We rely on Stripe to retry payments where configured.
8. Upgrades and downgrades
You may change plans subject to the billing flow. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades may take effect at the next cycle and may reduce limits and access to features.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel through your account’s billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period (see the Refund Policy).
10. Unused allowances and credits
Unused monthly allowances and credits do not roll over to the next period unless we explicitly state otherwise.
11. Expiring credits
Where credits are period-based, they may expire at the end of the period.
12. Abuse and rate limiting
Plan usage is subject to rate limiting and abuse controls. Attempts to exceed or circumvent limits may be throttled, flagged, or restricted.
13. Feature changes
We may add, change, or remove features and adjust plan inclusions and limits prospectively.
14. Taxes and currency
Prices may be exclusive of taxes, which may be added where applicable. Currency is shown at checkout.
15. Plan changes over time
Pricing and plan structures may change. Changes apply prospectively and, for active subscriptions, generally at renewal.
