Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for DuoReels. Because DuoReels is a digital SaaS product that delivers value immediately, refunds are limited and assessed case by case.

1. Digital SaaS nature

The Service is a digital subscription product. Access, AI generation, and reel production are delivered immediately, which limits refund eligibility.

2. Subscription charges

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.

3. One-time and lifetime purchases

If a one-time or lifetime purchase is offered, it is generally non-refundable once access or included usage has been delivered, except where required by law.

4. Usage- and credit-based purchases

Credits and usage-based purchases are consumed as you generate assets and produce reels. Consumed credits and produced output are non-refundable.

5. Refund eligibility

We may, at our discretion, consider refunds for genuine billing errors, duplicate charges, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Non-refundable cases

  • Substantial usage of the Service during the billing period.
  • AI generations or credits that have been consumed.
  • Reels that have been produced or exported.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or terms violations.
  • Change of mind after meaningful use.

7. Duplicate charges

Verified duplicate charges are refunded.

8. Failed generation handling

If a generation fails due to a provider or platform error, our reuse and retry mechanisms are designed to avoid re-billing for assets that already generated successfully. Failed provider calls are logged. Contact support if you believe you were charged for output you did not receive.

9. Billing errors

Report suspected billing errors to contact@duoreels.com promptly so we can review Stripe records and correct genuine errors.

10. Cancellation vs refund

Cancellation prevents future charges. A refund of an existing charge is separate and subject to this policy and admin review.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. See the Fraud & Chargeback Policy.

12. Affiliate commission reversal

Refunded or charged-back transactions may reverse any related affiliate commission, including after it has been approved. See the Affiliate Terms.

13. How to request a refund

Send your request to contact@duoreels.com with your account email and details of the charge. Requests are reviewed by an administrator.

14. Review timeline

We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable period after receiving the necessary information. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.

15. No guarantee of results

Purchasing DuoReels does not guarantee income, views, engagement, virality, monetization, or approval by any social platform. Dissatisfaction with results is not a basis for a refund. Refund abuse may lead to account restrictions.
