This policy explains the email DuoReels may send and your options to opt out of marketing messages. It is designed to align with commercial-messaging expectations such as CASL.

1. Transactional emails

We send transactional emails necessary to operate the Service, such as confirmations and important notices about your account or activity.

2. Account and security emails

We may send account and security emails, such as security-related notifications and status changes. These help keep your account safe and may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

3. Billing and payment emails

We may send billing and payment emails related to subscriptions, charges, failures, and receipts.

4. Affiliate program emails

If you participate in the affiliate program, we may send emails necessary for participation, such as activation, commission, and payout notifications.

5. Marketing emails

We may send marketing emails (such as product news and tips) only where permitted and subject to your preferences.

6. Consent and opt-in

Where required, marketing emails are sent based on your consent. You can set your marketing-email preference in the in-app Privacy & Data area.

7. Unsubscribe and opt-out

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time through your preferences and, where included, via an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional, account, security, billing, or affiliate-program emails.

8. Commercial-message expectations

Our commercial messages are intended to identify the sender and provide a way to opt out, consistent with anti-spam expectations such as CASL.
